OUR MISSION is to EDUCATE, EQUIP, and EMPOWER the church, and communities, to SEARCH, REACH, and RESCUE the exploited and marginalized in their communities.

THE INTELLIGENCE ANALYSIS TEAM
Our Intelligence Analysis Team conducts open-source intelligence gathering and analysis in support of individual missing child cases, major multi-day urban search operations, and/or in support of child predator operations.
It is comprised of volunteers from all walks-of-life including active and retired law enforcement, military, ministers, and other civilian personnel.
THE SHEPHERDS TEAM
Our Shepherds team represents our “operational” capability to achieve positive identification of a missing child or exploitative situation. The Shepherd’s team is a collaborative network of NGOs such as FREE International, Change Unchained, and Anonymity Rescue Ministries.
